Bwin Account Verification
Bwin asks for KYC verification when a player reaches a withdrawal check, changes account details, or triggers a security review. The process is handled before funds are released, so the account stays active but withdrawals pause until the review is finished.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Bwin requests a clear copy of a valid passport, national ID card, or driving licence. The document must show the full name, date of birth, photo, and expiry date.
- Address proof: Bwin may ask for a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months. The document has to match the account holderβs name and residential address.
- Payment method: If the withdrawal goes back to a card or bank account, Bwin can request a copy of the card or proof of ownership for the payment method. For cards, the front side is usually required with the middle digits hidden.
The review time depends on document quality and workload. Simple cases finish in a few hours, while manual checks can take 1 to 3 business days. Missing details, blurred images, or mismatched names add more time.
